Received the package with the platinum alarm system. My son Eric and Christopher Flores actually completed the home installation process. Followed the written instructions, compare pics and diagrams. Called the 800 to activate it and my son Eric spoke with Bryce. Bryce instructed and walked my son through every step necessary to check each zone and finally activate the system. I just ordered the platinum package for our home. My service rep was Geoffrey from Texas. He was awesome! He answered all of my questions, got us the package that had everything we needed, and made it all extremely easy. He definitely deserves some recognition for his customer skills, he was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend your company to anyone.
