  • 3 men rob woman in home invasion

July 26, 2007 (Buffalo, NY) – A Buffalo woman was pulled from her bed at gunpoint, tied up with an extension cord, and robbed during a home invasion early Wednesday at her Phyllis Avenue home, police said.

The woman’s three children were also at home during the home invasion, but they were not harmed, police reported.

Three men — wearing stocking masks — broke into her apartment by entering her kitchen window at about 1 a.m., Northeast District police said.

The assailants stole her cell phone and purse and fled the house, driving away in an unknown direction, police said.

Northeast District detectives, along with the police’s evidence and photo units responded to the scene to investigate.
