July 02, 2007 (Asheville, NC) - Police arrested a man for allegedly burglarizing a residence and trying to set it ablaze Sunday.
Mark Eugene Penley, 27, of Narbeth Road in Asheville, is charged with attempted first-degree arson, first-degree burglary and two counts of burning personal property. Police said Penley burglarized a home on Ridgeway Drive and tried to set it on fire.
