• Rape, Kidnapping Charges Filed Against Sex Offender

• February 09, 2007 (Bentonville, AR) - Prosecutor Van Stone filed formal charges of kidnapping, rape and being a habitual offender Friday against a Rogers man who is a Level 3 registered sex offender on parole.
