Noel was excellent: very thorough and patient. As I've mentioned, I installed this alarm many years ago when I worked long hours and traveled for my catering business and was concerned about my Apple computer being stolen. I sold my business, bought a laptop, and stay closer to home, so I don't use the system regularly. I travel 4-5 times/year max, and turn the alarm on then, but pay the monthly fee so I can have peace of mind when I do travel. The new unit looks great, an improvement on the old without being more complicated. I especially appreciate all your help with this replacement. Thanks.
