Mr. Paschall, I had another great experience today with Pietro Cruz. I recently contacted my local police dept. to set up an account with them since we installed out Protect America system. I call Pietro to provide my account information. He updated my profile, and then double checked my setup to make sure it was complete, and reminded me to test the system at the end of the month. That is top notch professionalism, going above and beyond. I have worked in Customer Service and Technical Support for 40 years, so I know World Class Service when I experience it, and I have with Pietro Cruz and Dolores Mora. Best Regards, Eric
