Dear Mr. Paschall, I appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback to you. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with your company, from my intial call to your sales dept. right through Installation with Dolores Mora. I was very impressed with her technical expertise as well as her great personal skills. She is very professional, and provided great insight to the questions I had during installation and was extremely patient during the entire process. I actually had two calls with Dolores; the 1st when I realized the windows in my home open out on a hinge by turning a handle from the inside, so the window sensors I ordered were not a good fit. Dolores suggested I replace with a few Glass Break Sensors, and she worked the entire process with a shipment to exchange them for the window sensors. It all arrived in time to install and test just before my wife and I left for a two week vacation. We had the confidence while away that our home was protected by the best! A 'good' test was a day after we arrived home, after returning from running an errand. We forgot to disarm with the remote; we received a call from you Dispatch dept before we got all the way inside.
