Two-way Voice Monitoring Service allows you to communicate directly through a built-in microphone to our monitoring station when you need it the most. When the alarm is triggered at your home, the security system uses your landline phone to send the signal to our monitoring facility. Once we have received that signal, our monitoring facility will be able to communicate with you directly through the talking command station to verify the problem and respond accordingly.
Two-Way Voice Monitoring Service comes with the GE Simon XT talking command station and requires a landline telephone connection.
